At Prep Physio Therapy, we treat a variety of different conditions, ranging from Orthopedic Injury, Sport or Overuse Injury, and Neurological conditions. In most cases treatment sessions are one on one sessions for one hour. In some instances, half hour treatment sessions may be recommended by your Therapist.

Your Therapist will take a full body approach, looking at how different body parts and systems work together to get you feeling and moving at your best. Our Manual Therapy approach assesses mechanical, neuromuscular and motor control dysfunctions. The goal is to move, exercise and strengthen as quickly and safely as possible.

It is just you and your Therapist, YOU WILL NOT be working with any aides or assistants throughout your treatment duration. Furthermore, we will educate you on your diagnosis and plan of care. We will give you the proper tools to know exactly what to do on your own on days that you are not in treatment.
